Isn't it funny how all the franchises always claim to be the best since sliced bread  and head & shoulders above everyone else, when it's most of the time, far from the truth !

They'll try and suck in the customer with all the flashy advertising , radio ads, and say they have all the 'bells and whistles'  and state they are members of this and members of that.

The VBRA is one of them, a reputable association but at the end of the day if your car repairer is not a member it does not necessarily mean a thing.  In the past I have come across builders and other trades who have been part of the 'members of this brigade' and guess what ? yep, that's right - their work has been awful !

So if you come across the " We are the only operator in the area to be full members of this and full members of that" remember that is exactly all it is and it affects your guarantee and quality of work no more than any other repairer who is not a member.

The quality of repair is down to the skill of the person holding their tools - no more .. no less !
